Personnel Coordinator
- The main responsibilities will be to oversee onboarding of new missionaries and personnel systems, maintaining records, and working with missionaries to fulfill administrative responsibilities. Other responsibilities include checking references, tracking missionary training, and collaborating with others to solve problems.
- Requirements:
1. This is a ministry position, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is required.
2. Organized and self-disciplined.
3. Ability to work well with others.
4. Ability to respond to the needs of field personnel.
5. Background in Human Resources (preferable but not necessary).
