Elvira (Vera) is originally from Cote First Nation, near Yorkton, Saskatchewan, and has served as a full-time inner city missionary for several years.
Prior to that she served on staff at our former Key-Way-Tin Bible Institute in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Her present field of service is in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
