The Role of the Sending Church

When the Apostle Paul addressed the local church in Corinth, he referred to himself and others in his missionary band as their “fellow workers” (2 Cor. 6:1).

We believe that our efforts to reach the world for Christ will be most biblically effective when missions and missionaries serve as partners with sending congregations, their pastors and missions committees.

NCEM can provide information about opportunities, orientation and training, the organization of funds and other administrative services

… generally the tasks that help you get to the mission field and effectively serve there …

but it is your local church that is really the sending agent, and our desire is to partner with it.
